Right to data portability

3. Data collection on our website

General data processing (server log files)

When you visit our website, personal data is also processed.

In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the terminal device you are using must be processed. In addition, there is further information about the browser of your terminal device.

We are obliged under data protection law to also guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems.

Queries received via the contact form on our website are usually stored in our CRM system. The CRM system is regularly checked weather data can be deleted. Should data no longer be necessary within the scope of relationships with customers or interested parties or should an opposing interest of the customer prevail, we will delete the data in question unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

On our website, we offer a contact form on the partner page of your chosen partner, through which you can contact them directly. We require the following information from you:

4. Analysis tools

Matomo (formerly PIWIK)

Our website uses the open source software tool Matomo (formerly PIWIK) to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. The software places a cookie on the user's computer (for cookies, see above). If individual pages of our website are accessed, the following data is stored:

  • two bytes of the IP address of the calling system of the user
  • the website accessed
  • the website from which the user accessed the called website (referrer)
  • the subpages called from the called website
  • the time spent on the website
  • frequency of a call of a site

The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users takes place only there. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

The processing of users' personal data enables us to analyse the surfing behaviour of our users. By evaluating the data collected, we are able to compile information about the use of the individual components of our website. This helps us to constantly improve our website and its usability. These purposes also represent our legitimate interest in processing the data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. By anonymizing the IP address, the interest of users in the protection of their personal data is sufficiently taken into account.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for our recording purposes. In our case, this happens after 360 days.

Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted to our site by the user. Therefore, you as a user also have full control over the use of cookies. You can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings in your internet browser. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This page uses the Google Maps map service via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our service offers and an easy retrievability of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
